1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website geusasystems.it (hereinafter "the Site") and the technology services provided by Matteo Geusa (hereinafter "Owner" or "Geusa Systems"). By accessing or using the Site, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Offered

Geusa Systems offers software development services, website design and creation, scalable web app platforms (e.g., React, Next.js, Astro), cloud computing (API integrations, Supabase), and Web/UX Design. Timelines, pricing plans, and specifications for individual projects will be agreed upon through a private quote on a case-by-case basis.

3. Quotes and Contact Forms

Submitting contact forms through the Site is solely for the purpose of requesting information or a free quote and does not in any way constitute a commercial obligation, nor a subscription to paid services. The information submitted will be used exclusively for administrative contact purposes (see Privacy Policy).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geusa Systems shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or operational damages arising from the inability to use the website or from delays in accessing its features (excluding SLAs of direct client contracts).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (excluding logos of third-party companies and technologies cited for illustrative purposes such as React, Supabase, Tailwind, etc.) including text, graphic design, and the identity of the Site, are the exclusive property of Matteo Geusa.
